それにしても、この2社の発表の少しあとにCA社のF田社長が「金でかき集めた人材は、」とかなんとか感傷的なポストをしていたが、あれを見てけっこうムカついた人は多いのではないだろうか。いったい誰がエージェントフィーを釣り上げてきたと思ってるんだ。あそことあそこが張り合うからエージェントだけが太ってゆくのである。しかももともとの出自が代理店だったりするど、広告出稿とバーターになっていることも推測される。
いずれにしても、その種の余計な間接費用に気がついてエンジニアに(率は悪いが)還元しようというような動きがようやく出てきたのだとしたら、これらの会社の動きは歓迎する。
