例えば自分は勝間よりもいい言葉を知っているし、コラムを書く能力があるのに、その機会がない、自分の能力が認められていない、という無意識の不満があり、それが相手（私）に対する批判という形で表れるのです。 　実際、私にも心当たりがあります。自分がコンサルティングや経営分析をする際に、特に自分が詳しいサービスほど必要以上に批判的で、非難的になるのです。 　なぜなら、知見が多いために穴も見えやすく、ついついあら探しをしてしまったり、欠点を考えたり、うまくいかないのではないかと突っ込んでしまったりします。 　これはすなわち、「自分の専門知識を相手にわからせたい」という承認欲求の裏返しなのでしょう。
